Responses from a standardized survey on the quality of American hospital care

This dataset contains aggregate response by hospital for a patient survey on the cleanliness and quality of care for each of 4,628 American hospitals. Average star ratings, response rates, and also start and end dates of the survey are included, as well as contact information for each hospital.
